[Simpson Medium Temperature Series] Application of Simpson air-cooled variable frequency screw chiller units in temperature control process of Xiaomi automobile mold production line for high-end equipment manufacturing in Hefei, Anhui. The air-cooled design makes it independent of water source conditions, allowing normal operation even in water-scarce or poor water quality areas. It can stably provide cooling or heating services in both hot summers and cold winters, suitable for all-weather harsh environments. The unit uses variable frequency technology to automatically adjust cooling output according to the on-site terminal load, achieving high efficiency and energy saving. It matches with a variable frequency hydraulic module to maintain constant pressure water supply at each terminal. Equipped with Siemens PLC controller SMART200, the unit and hydraulic module are centrally controlled by the refrigeration host program. Using PROFINET communication interface, a switch is installed inside the unit control cabinet with two reserved Ethernet ports for remote communication and control with the user's upper-level computer. Simpson provides a complete set of process cooling equipment overall solution design. Our technical staff offers on-site service for unit commissioning and technical training, successfully delivering to the client.
