【Simpson Medium Temperature Series】In the first phase of the Shenyang Shenfei Aviation Supporting Industrial Park in Liaoning Province, 5 Simpson air-cooled scroll chiller units are applied in the temperature control process of the high-end equipment manufacturing die-casting machine production line in the aerospace industry. The air-cooled design makes them not restricted by water source conditions, and they can be used normally in areas with water shortage or poor water quality. They can stably provide cooling or heating services in both hot summers and cold winters, and can operate normally in all-weather harsh environments. The units are designed in an integrated manner according to the user's requirements, with a built-in 2-ton closed pressurized water tank and a filtration device, and an integrated water module. The appearance adopts a one-piece cabinet design, and the control system uses a Siemens PLC computer controller SMART200, which enables the units and the water module to be centrally controlled by the refrigeration host program. It adopts a PROFINET communication interface, and a switch is installed in the unit control cabinet, with 2 Ethernet interfaces reserved for remote communication control with the user's upper computer. Simpson provides a complete set of equipment overall solution design for process cooling. Our technicians provide on-site service for commissioning the unit operation and technical training, and the project is successfully delivered to the client.
