Water-cooled screw chillers have the following main features and advantages:

1. High-efficiency refrigeration performance:

High volumetric efficiency: Due to the absence of clearance volume and suction valves in the cylinder, gas leakage is reduced, volumetric efficiency is high, and a large amount of refrigeration can be output with less energy consumption. Compared with some traditional refrigeration units, such as reciprocating chillers, water-cooled screw chillers have higher refrigeration efficiency and can effectively reduce operating costs.
Large refrigeration capacity: The single unit has a strong refrigeration capacity and can meet the large refrigeration capacity requirements of large buildings and industrial production. It can be widely used in central air conditioning projects in large shopping malls, hotels, factories, and hospitals, as well as various industrial freezing processes.
Flexible energy regulation: Stepless regulation of refrigeration capacity can be achieved through devices such as slide valves, which allows flexible adjustment of refrigeration output according to actual load changes. High efficiency can be maintained even during partial load operation, further improving energy utilization efficiency.

Insensitive to wet compression: Allows for a small amount of liquid carryover without the risk of liquid slugging, which makes the unit more adaptable to changes in the refrigerant state during operation, reducing the risk of malfunctions caused by abnormal refrigerant states.
Multiple protection devices: Equipped with various safety protection devices, such as high and low pressure protection, overload protection, and overheating protection, to ensure the safety and stability of the unit during operation and reduce the occurrence of equipment malfunctions.

2. Good heat exchange effect:

High-quality condenser and evaporator: Using high-efficiency copper tubes to manufacture condensers and evaporators, with a high heat transfer coefficient, enabling fast and effective heat exchange and ensuring the refrigeration effect of the unit.
Water-cooled heat dissipation method: Using water as the cooling medium, water has a large specific heat capacity and can absorb a large amount of heat. In the water-cooled system, cooling water can be cooled through cooling towers and other equipment, resulting in good heat dissipation and helping to maintain the efficient operation of the unit.
